Campus Town Student Housing

Baxter Construction completed Campus Town Student Housing in Ankeny, Iowa, on time for 2013-2014 school year; offering modern amenities and furnishings.

DMACC Health Sciences Center

Despite extreme weather conditions Baxter Construction achieved an 11 month build.

Waukee Elementary School

Waukee Elementary School, finished 4 months early, boasts a clerestory design for natural light. Opened in Fall 2010, serves K-3rd grades.

DMACC Iowa Culinary Institute

DMACC ICI project involved renovating and adding two structures. North houses mechanical systems; south provides event space. Modern designs implemented throughout. Increased to 34,000 sqft.

Campus View Student Housing

Renovation consisted of 51 existing apartments, offices and commons, approx 70,000SF. New Windows and Roofing, Repaint exterior, New Community Fitness, Recreation, and Laundry Facilities. All new interiors ceramic tile floors, carpet, granite tops, new cabinets, doors, hardware, and specialties.
