Earlier this year, Grand Island Casino Resort opened its doors to the public and what an incredible launch it’s been.

As construction partners on this exciting project, Baxter Construction is proud to have helped bring a one-of-a-kind entertainment destination to life in central Nebraska. While the casino floor and hotel welcomed guests in the spring, we’re now thrilled to announce that the final piece of the project is complete: the outdoor pool.

This resort-style pool adds a whole new dimension to the Grand Island experience. With plenty of seating seating and a luxurious atmosphere perfect for soaking up the sun, it’s designed to elevate the guest experience beyond the gaming floor.

Our team worked closely with the developers to ensure every detail was executed with the same precision and quality as the rest of the property. From the concrete work and safety standards to the lighting, every element was thoughtfully completed to match the resort’s high standards and vision.

Seeing the full project come to life from the initial foundation pours to the final splash is always one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. We’re proud to say this phase wrapped on time and on budget, just in time for peak summer season.
