Baxter Construction is proud to announce the groundbreaking of Sundance Senior Living, a new state-of-the-art senior housing community located in Buckeye, Arizona. Construction officially began in March 2025, with project completion anticipated in Fall 2026.
Spanning over 215,000 square feet, the Sundance Senior Living campus will offer a full continuum of care with 178 units of Independent Living and Assisted Living, alongside 30 Memory Care beds. Designed with comfort, safety, and community in mind, the facility will serve the growing senior population in the West Valley region with thoughtfully designed spaces and top-tier amenities.
