7 Month Project Completion!

This grand Auto Dealership was built in less than 7 months. The facility features a geothermal system that generates half the energy costs; as compared to another similarly sized establishment. This state of the art building is notably the most impressive amongst the 9 dealership franchises that the Shottenkirk Automotive Group owns operates.

Baxter Construction Company built this facility ahead of schedule and under budget, at a cost of $92.00 per square foot. This allowed Shottenkirk to complete a second floor build out that was not calculated into the original build budget. The Shottenkirk Superstore also presents a restaurant within the complex; as well as a full parts and service department, show room, and corporate administrative and accounting center.
