This distinguished building, originally erected in 1903, was meticulously restored to its full glory in 2005. Thirty-three apartments were renovated and featured original woodwork, fireplaces, and bowed windows updated with contemporary lighting, appliances, and conveniences have been combined to create unique living spaces.

Sala Flats has also been listed on the National Register of Historic Places and in 2006 was awarded the Richard H. Driehous Historical Preservation Award. This award is an attest to the care and attention to detail that Baxter Construction Company provides to each and every project.
