An Incredible 12 Month 20 Day Build!

The Riverside Casino and Golf Resort grew from concept to reality in record time. Constructed in just 13 months, this project re-defined fast track design and construction. The complex features over 1,100 slot and table games, poker room, high limit room, VIP lounge, 3 restaurants, a 200 room 4 star hotel, SPA, indoor-outdoor pool, a 1,200 seat multi-functional event center and a Rees Jones designed 18 hole championship golf course.

This remote project had no services for power, water, and sewer; therefore these services all had to be built in the way of a substation, wastewater plant, and water plant to serve not only the new development but also the entire community.

Baxter Construction served as the Owner’s Representative on this project and not only completed this project on a record timeline, but also considerably under the owner’s budget of $135 million.
