Baxter Construction Company began construction of the Hampton Inn in Iowa City, Iowa for Ravi Lodging on July 2nd, 2012. The Baxter Construction team and Ravi Lodging team worked relentlessly together to achieve an incredible 4 month build with owner occupancy on November 9th, 2012! This Hampton Inn & Suites is a (4) story hotel featuring 93 guest rooms on a 2.52 acre site. Each guest room is adorned with modern ergonomic design and rich interior finishes. The hotel also includes a lobby with a guest ‘Suite Shop’ and supply area, large breakfast buffet space, communal area, public/private meeting rooms, an indoor pool and spa, and an outdoor pavilion. The façade of the building is comprised of EIFS and highlights a beautiful natural stone color pallet and a large Porte Cochere. This Hampton Inn & Suites build once again proves that Baxter Construction Company builds successfully on quality and schedule.
