7 Month Start to Certificate of Occupancy!

Baxter Construction Company began this project on a 9 acre, 180 unit site; demolition of the original buildings, which had been constructed in the 70’s, began. From there; this state of the art, multi-family facility was erected. The 70 unit, new construction is a new building design and features a new affordable housing solution. This project also highlighted many Green points in design, including Geo-Thermal heating and cooling systems throughout each unit.

Crystal View Townhomes was built ahead of schedule and met the budget set by the developers. Baxter Construction performed General Contracting duties for this $13 million dollar project.
