Connection Bank & Insurance is located in Burlington, IA on a 2.5 acre lot at the NE intersection of Roosevelt and Market Street. This was a first ever brand new building for the Connections group, which would combine their Burlington Bank and Insurance teams under one roof.

The building structure consists of structural steel and metal studs with polyisocyanurate insulation board behind masonry and metal paneling and mineral-wool insulation behind spandrel glazing. The exterior finishes of the structure include aluminum-framed storefront, split face finished stone, smooth face finished stone, brick, and metal paneling which all combine to provide a beautiful modern look. The interior also has a very modern look that includes all-glass entrance doors and storefront for all of the offices with a stone accent wall that separates the bank side from the insurance side. The main entrance of the building also includes a very open lobby with a stacked wood accent wall that has an electric fireplace and recessed marketing television.
