11 Month Start to Completion!

This project was constructed on a previously developed site in the heart of a very active commercial district. The project included vacating and relocating a city street and numerous public utilities.
The overall $50 million dollar project was started in September 2006 and was opened in June 2007, 3 months ahead of schedule. This facility included a land based Casino, a 40 room boutique hotel, convention center, buffet and full service restaurant, luxury spa and a replacement kitchen.

Baxter Construction worked on a daily basis with the Owner’s design team to jointly develop a design that could meet the program goals, project budget, and scheduled mandates established.
