A Successful 6 Month Start to Certificate of Occupancy!
Renovation consisted of 51 existing apartments, offices and commons, approx 70,000SF. New Windows, New Roofing, Repaint exterior, New Community Fitness, Recreation, and Laundry Facilities. All new interiors ceramic tile floors, carpet, granite tops, new cabinets, doors, hardware, and specialties.

The New Addition featured 21 new apartments, approx 33,000SF. This addition consisted of (18) 4bed-4bath units & (3) 3bed-3bath units. This new addition is wood framed with colored concrete floors on all levels, granite countertops, new elevators and stairs. Another unique feature was the added courtyard, site parking, landscaping, relocation of an existing garage.

The project started on April 1, 2010, built during one of the wettest summers in 10 years, Baxter Construction Company was still able to complete and open June 28, 2010.
