Campus Town Student Housing is a brand-new 142,380sf modern student housing facility that sits on 4.5 Acres in Ankeny, Iowa. Baxter Construction Company put together a tight schedule to complete the building by the start of the 2013-2014 school year- and they delivered! Students were able to move into the unique facility thanks to the team’s dedication and hard work. This expansive facility features (8) 3-bedroom units, (72) 2-bedroom units, (16) 1-bedroom units, future retail & commercial spaces and business offices. Each housing unit comes fully furnished with bed room and living room furniture sets, washer and dryer, 50” LG tvs, stainless steel energy star GE appliances, quartz counter tops and chic coffee stained poplar wood cabinets. Campus Town Student Housing not only allows students a high end residential experience but use of the building’s many facilities such as the Fitness Center, Gymnasium, Private Movie Theatre, Game Room, Student Lounges, Roof Top Patio, Elevators and Food Court.
