Ashland Place includes 40 Energy Star 2.0 Certified 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom units with built in laundry in eight buildings surrounding a private community club-house with fitness center, party room with an adjoining kitchen and a fully equipped computer center. This environmentally sustainable development focused on cutting edge efficiency and air sealing to maintain maximum HERS ratings and provide long-term energy affordability for residents. Project included IHDA, Davis Bacon and Illinois DECO Energy Grant Compliance and was completed with all Union labor.
