The new Waukee Elementary School was built to exceed the owners expectations in schedule and quality. Completed 4 months ahead of schedule, the swift construction of this school allowed the Owner to move in a full semester ahead of schedule and allowed them to take advantage of the summer recess to make the transition into a brand new facility.  The school features a clerestory design that surrounds the main corridor and spreads natural light throughout the facility. It is home to kindergarten through third grades and opened for classes in the fall of 2010.
