Baxter Construction completed renovation of the former Iowa Network Services building as the new home office for the Lifespace Communities. Demolition began at the end of July on the dated building and new construction began on August 17th, 2016. As promised, and prior receiving construction documentations, Baxter Construction was able to get the client in to the new hone office space before the Christmas holiday; occupancy took place on December 22nd, 2016. Another great success!
