This build replaced an aging 34,00SF facility and added space for greater efficiency, consolidation efforts, and greatly improved operating costs and productivity for the client. The facility features wide 50’x50’ bays and spans for long-term flexibility. Built in just five months, at a cost of less than $37/SF, the final product met and exceeded the client’s expectations in every regard.
