On May 15th, over 150 construction workers gathered for the ceremony of a monumental project in Grand Island. The workers signed the beam before it was hoisted into place at the edge of the 7th floor, marking the future site of a 5-star steak and seafood restaurant. Contractors, who have been working six days a week to reach this milestone, celebrated their achievement with a ribeye luncheon, honoring the dedication and effort that made this goal a reality.
