One project for Case/IH had over 100 bridge cranes and equipment foundations for several presses up to 1,500 Tons. His distribution center work also includes several million square feet of projects from simple flat storage warehouses, both steel framed and tilt-up, to super flat floor construction with wire guided picking cranes and a rack supported automated storage and retrieval systems.

Health Care

Steve has experience ranging from simple family practice, health clinics, dialysis centers, nursing homes, and regional acute care hospitals. One facility was a ground up $160,000,000 acute care facility where Steve served the medical center’s officers, and board in helping select the design team, negotiate the design fees, oversee design development and construction documents, and serve as project manager during construction. The facility received numerous awards for engineering and architectural excellence including first place the International ASHRAE for energy efficiency. Steve was named US Energy Manager of the Year for the project.

Steve has served as project manager on numerous education facilities including elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, college classrooms, labs, and greenhouses.
